SGB 10 transformers adopt DuPont NOMEX® paper based insulation
system, which is able to maintain excellent electrical performance and mechanical property in the whole service life of the transformer. NOMEX® is hardly aged, shrinkage resistant and compression resistant, and is of high
elastic force, thus it can ensure that the windings will keep tight structure and be able to endure short-circuit impact even after multiyear service.
The core adopts high grade cold rolled grain-oriented silicon
steel sheet manufactured by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company which is the fourth biggest steel manufacture all over the world. It’s one of our important strategic cooperation partners. The silicon steel is 30Q130 of excellent
performance with high magnetic conductivity. The special square tube and draw plate are used here in order to fasten the structure; the core is seized by the insulated tape to firstly insulated from windings, secondly also
fasten the core. We adopt the 45° stepping all-leaning joints. The surface is covered by special resin to avoid wetting or rusting, meanwhile which can effectively reduce no-load loss, no-load current and noise of the iron
core.
This is the low voltage which adopts foil conductor wound
on the automatic foil winding machine. Use F-grade DMD lamination foil presoaked in epoxy resin for layer insulation and soaked through VPI-vacuum pressure impregnating equipment and high temperature curing machine.
High voltage winding adopts continuous structure of high
mechanical strength and good radiation capability to avoid some shortages and to increase reliability of product operating. lt possesses good damp-proof and withstands heat shock. Partial discharge is less than 5PC. It can
be recovered after its service life.
